From the end of August until yesterday (October 2nd), we were fully occupied with the grape harvest in our Upper Valais vineyards.
The very early harvest allowed us to harvest consistently healthy grapes and process them in our winery.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to a successful harvest!
The parameters (Oechsle degree, pH value, and acidity) are practically perfectly balanced this year, and nothing stands in the way of a wonderful 2025 vintage.
However, several steps still need to be successfully completed in the cellar before the light white wines can be poured for the first time in spring 2026 and the barrique wines approximately one year later.
