Piwi range

Since the early 1990s, we have been cultivating fungus-resistant grape varieties (Piwi) alongside traditional grapes on our Upper Valais plots. We started with the "Gf-Ga 48-12" variety, a trial planting of almost 100 vines in the Stundhaus vineyard in the Visp Valley.

Over the past thirty years, we have gained extensive experience with various robust varieties both in the vineyard and in the cellar. More than half of our vines are now planted with Piwi varieties, and the number continues to rise.
