After a short guided tour through the sleepy village of Turtmann and to the ruins of the Stockapler Palace, you'll visit our Piwi vineyard above the village. Experience firsthand how viticulture in Valais works practically without pesticides.
Afterwards, enjoy a typical Valais aperitif in the heart of the vineyard, followed by a hike along the old aqueduct to our winery.
As a crowning conclusion, after a winery tour, an informative tasting of seven selected wines from our own production awaits you.
Duration: approx. 5 hours
Up to 5 people: flat rate CHF 350.–
From 6 people: CHF 60 per person
Program starts: 1:30 p.m. at our winery or at the train station in Turtmann
Period: April to September, Monday to Saturday
Most of the hike runs under trees along the open Riederu-Bisse, so the program can be completed even in hot temperatures. The hike is very varied and includes some fairly steep sections.
Surefootedness is required. Please wear sturdy footwear (trekking/hiking boots). Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. We decline all liability for accidents.
Would you like to stay with us afterward? We would be happy to serve dinner after the program, and after an eventful day, you are also welcome to stay overnight in one of our three B&B rooms (double room CHF 165.- / single room CHF 115.- including breakfast).
